Personality development exercises

We all want or we all have a craze about having a good and attractive personality.Good personality judge everywhere you go whether you are going for a job they will also judge your personality , your body language, your expressions , height figure every thing or in real life we all want a good personality as it is liked by all and attract all persons towards you. Whether you are in a professonal job you need a good personality to attract more and more people or to conveince them and if you have a good personality they will definitely attract towards you and listen to you . Thats why good personality play a very important role in our real life also.Now in my this post i will tell you various yoga or exercises that will help you to make your personality good and attractive. I will tell some simple exercises which you should do on regular basis. Only for 15-20 mintues workout i will tell which if you practise daily it will help you to make attractive personality. It is very effective if you do these exercises at the morning after waking up but before your breakfast.

1. Tadasana(mountain pose) or stretching exercise. ( For increasing height )

The most of the common problem that we all have is related to our height.We all have a craze of having a good height whether he is a boy or a girl. We all need a tall height as it looks very good whether she is a girl or a boy . Tall height also make your personality good and attractive as in many job oppurtunities we are not able to excel because it requires good height for eg: army , police these feilds require some given height. For solving this problem i will tell you a simple and very effective exercise that I found for increasing height is Tadasana or streching exercise. Not only girls but also boys can also do this easily.

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED WHILE DOING TADASANA

Step 1: Firstly stand straight in a attention position.
Step 2: Then, start lifting your hands upwards and stretch completely as much as you can.
Step 3: Raise your heels and comes up on your toes ,try to pull your entire body upwards
Step 4: After sometime breathe out slowly and comes on your original position.

For better results repeat this exercise for at least 5 – 6 times.

Tadasana for back pain cure

2. Trikonasana ( traingle pose ) or Side bend exercise. ( For loosing side fat and slim waiste).

We all have a problem of having a belly fat or tummy whether he is a boy or a girl . Having a good figure also make your personality good. Only not for girls but some boys also have belly fat problem .This exercise help boys also for removing side fat and having a slim waiste as now a days boys also want a slim waiste six pack abs with broad chest. For solving this problem i will tell you a simple and very effective exercise that I found for loosing side fat quickly is Trikonasana or side bend exercise.

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED WHILE DOING TRIKONASANA

Step1: Stand straight and keep your legs distance apart from each other.
Step2: Extend and raise your left arm and bend body towards right and touch right leg toes with your right hand.
Step3: Stay in the same position for about 1-2 minutes. Then ,slowly come back to the original position.
Step4: Repeat this asana with opposite arm in the same way.

For better results repeat this exercise for at least 8-10 times.

Trikonasana For Healing Joint Or Knee Pain

3. CRUNCHES EXERCISE ( For loosing stomach fat and slim waiste , six pack abs)

Side bend exercise which I tell you before is mainly for loosing side fat but this exercise which i tell you now is for loosing stomach fat and for having six pack abs with slim waiste. As you all know that stomach is the first place where our most fat gather first and very quickly. This is just because we all mostly use to eat junk food. But for solving this problem i will tell you a simple and very effective exercise that I found for loosing stomach fat quickly and for having a slim waiste is crunches exercise.

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED WHILE DOING CRUNCHES EXERCISE.

Step 1 : The first and foremost step is to simply lie with your back on the floor.
Step 2: After that bend your knees and bring them up place your hands behind your head and your elbows to your side.

Step 3: Exhale and slowly come up brings your chest, neck , shoulders and spine upwards.
Step 4: Hold this position for some seconds and slowly come back to your original position but do not relax repeat this again.

For better results do at least 8-10 times.

4. Eyes workout ( For improving eye vision )

Now a days its a very common problem among us that of eye weakness and for this problem we all normaly use to have spectacles or lenses that look not so good. In some job feilds the person having spectacles is not allow to involve for eg : Navi etc. Our natural face looks better than a face with specs. For solving this problem i will tell you some simple and very effective exercises that help you to improve eye vision .Not only girls but also boys can also do this.

(a) Eye palming exercise.

Before doing any eye exercise provide heat to your eyes. This exercise involve giving heat to your eyes. First rub your hands for producing heat then close your eyes and put your hands on your both eyes and again repeat it for 5 -6 times.

Palming exercise for Eyefitness

(b) Upward and Sideways Rotation exercise.

Now after palming your eyes start moving your eyes :
First, move them up and down. Repeat it 10-15 times.
Secondly, move them first to the right side then to the left. Repeat it 10 -15 times.

Sideways exercise for eyefitness

(c) Digonaly rotation exercise.

This exercise involve moving eyes digonaly in a “cross” “X” shape. Again palm your eyes by rubbing your hands. Then:
First, move your eyes from right side upwards to left side downwards .
Secondly, move your eyes left side upwards to right side downwards.
Repeat this 10 -15 times.

(d) Eye rolling ecercise.

This exercise involving your eyes clockwise but in both the directions.
Again palm your eyes then:
First, roll your eyes to clockwise direction means from right to left.
Then, roll your eyes to anti clockwise direction means from left to right.
Again after completing exercise again palm your exercise.
